Refundly lets customers submit and track refund requests for purchases made from participating merchants. By using this website you agree to these terms.

Refund decisions

Refund decisions are made by the merchant under their own refund policy. Refundly does not decide, guarantee or pay refunds.

Accurate information

Please provide accurate and complete information. Requests that are false or misleading may be declined.

Uploads

Only upload files that relate to your request and that you have the right to share. Do not upload payment card details or passwords.

Liability

Refundly is provided as is. We are not responsible for decisions made by merchants or for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
